• Volunteers working with children and youth are screened and trained before they begin.
• At least two approved adults supervise every youth activity.
• Parent or guardian consent is required for youth participation and for any photos of minors.
• Concerns are reported promptly to TCNi leadership and, where required, to the appropriate authorities.
• Personal information is handled privately and shared only as needed to keep people safe.
